EARDLEY-WILMOT, Henry. Kenilworth, Warwickshire 3.3.1854 — Richmond (London) 18.2.1933. British Colonial Officer in India. Son of Rev. Edward Revel E.-W. and Emma Hutchinson Lambert. Educated at Tonbridge, matriculated 1874 and in 1876 joined army. Served in Madras, participated in the second Afghan war. Lieutenant, finally Major (1920), retired in 1924. Married 1883 Agnes Mary Cureton (1859–1944), two daughters and two sons.
