HAACK, August. Oppeln, Upper Silesia (now Opole in Poland) 10.6.1845 — Ratibor (Racibórz in Poland) 12.6.1908. German Priest and Translator of Sanskrit Classics. Ordained 1870. Served as vicar and minister in Upper Silesia, from 1891 in Sudoll (Sudół) near Ratibor. Died of Typhus.
