IORDĂNESCU, Teodor. 1872/74 — 1954. Romanian Scholar interested in Indology. Studied i.al. Indology at Halle (under Pischel, R. Schmidt and Hultzsch). High school professor of Latin (1910). Younger friend of Georgian. In 1928 attended the Orientalist Conference in Oxford.
