SAGI, Alexander. Kispet (now Budapest XIX) 16.5.1929 — Grenzach, dt. Lörrach, Baden-Württemberg 22.7.1993. Hungarian Catholic Priest and Psychologist in Austria and Germany. Son of Stefan Sagi, a mechanician, and Valerie Frank, grew up in deeply religious home. In 1947-52 studies of theology at Vienna. Theol.Dr. (Cath.) 1953 Vienna. Ordained priest. In 1952-56 chaplain in Frankfurt. In 1956-62 studied psychology at Freiburg i.Br. and Mainz. From 1965 worked in German Caritasverband in Freiburg, later as Hochschulprofessor. From 1973 also PD in theology at Freiburg. Apparently never returned to Indian things.
