VINOGRADOV, Viktor Sergeevič. Istik, Kalužskaja gub. 24.2.(8.3.)1899 — Moscow 5.10.1992. Russian Musicologist. Son of a priest. In 1921 joined the Communist Party. From 1922 studied at Moscow Conservatory, graduated 1929.
