ANDERSON, Charles William. 18?? — 19??. British (Scottish) Engineer in India. Worked on Bengal–Nagpur railway in Chakradharpur (in 1911/20 there). Indian Army List for 1915 mentions Lieutenant Ch.W.A. in Chakradharpur. JBORS 3, 1917, 423 says he was engineer of Bengal–Nagpur railway in Chakradharpur.
