KENNET, Charles Egbert. 8.2.1826 — 1884. Rev. Anglo-Indian Priest. Son of Charles K. After studies at Bishop’s College ordained deacon 1851, priest 1853. Taught at Madras Theological College of the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel, from 1877 its Principal. D.D. 1880. Fellow of Madras University. Married 1851 Phoebe Rodgers.
