MOSS(-BLUNDELL), Arthur Spence. Hessle near Hull 1853 — Winchester, Hampshite 5.12.1950 (or 5.11.). British Engineer in Sri Lanka. Son of William Henry Moss (1814–1874), an attorney, and Eliza Charlotte Blundell. From 1874 studied civil engineering in Hull. In 1883 went from Ceylon to Selangot to build the railway line from Kuala Lumpur to Bukit Kuda. Married 1880 Grace Eveleigh Marshall (1860 – before 1911), three sons and one daughter.
