MANWARING, Alfred

MANWARING, Alfred. Broadwater, Sussex 5.4.1855 — Hastings, Sussex 12.1.1950. Rev. British Missionary in India. Son of William M. and Eliza Paine. Ordained 1879. He served Church Mission Society (title page of 1899 book), probably in Nasik, but all further information remains without confirmation. In 1911 living in Leire, Leicestershire. Married 1881 Frances Emily Randell, three sons and one daughter. Exact dates, parents, marriage and Leire in familysearch, which does not mention the career as missionary, but locates the wedding in Girgaum, Maharashtra.
