CAMPS, Arnulf Petrus Henricus Johannes Maria (Arnulf Pierre Camps). Eindhoven 1.2.1925 — Nijmegen 5.3.2006. O.F.M. Dutch  Historian of Catholic Mission. After Augustinian gymnasium in Eindhoven joined Franciscan novitiate in 1943. Ordained priest 1950. B.D. 1951 Nijmegen. D.D. 1957 Fribourg (Switzerland), in Missiology. In 1957-61 Professor of Missiology and Islamology at Karachi Regional Seminary in Pakistan. Also visited Sri Lanka and India, finally returned because of illness. In 1963-90 Professor of Missiology at Catholic University of Nijmegen, emeritus.
