STEVENSON, John Sinclair. Rathgar, Dublin 4.2.1868 — 8.5.1930. Rev. Irish Missionary in India, the husband of —> Margaret Stevenson. Son of Rev. William Fleming Stevenson (1832–1884) and Elizabeth Montgomery Sinclair (1838–1916). Studies at Clifton College in Bristol, at Lincoln College, Oxford, at Edinburgh University and at Princeton Seminary. M.A. Oxford & Dublin. B.D. Edinburgh. In 1894-1924 Missionary of Presbyterian Church of Ireland in Ahmedabad and other locations in Gujarat. Back in Irelad worked in church offices living at Killiney near Dublin.
