O’MALLEY, Lewis Sydney Stewart. 1874 — 10.5.1941. British Civil Servant in India. Son of Bryan O’M., a minister, educated in Norwich and Hertford College, Oxford (B.A.). Entered I.C.S. in 1898, worked as Magistrate and Collector in Bengal, then in General and Revenue Department. Retired 1924. C.I.E.
