CLINT, Leonidas. St.Anns Soho, Middlesex 1812 — Dewsbury, Yorkshire 21.7.1897. British Missionary in India. Graduated M.A. from Trinity College, Cambridge. Principal of La Martinière College in Lucknow c. 1845-54. Returned to England he was ordained deacon 1859 and priest 1861. Served as curate in several places and 1874-93 vicar of Lingen, Herefordshire. Married, at least one daughter.
