HARRIS, Claudius Richard William. India 1826 — 1862. British Colonial Officer in India. In India from 1846. He was Captain in Madras Light Cavalry, when he sketched Mandu in 1852, still 1857. In 1861 living in Oxford. Married Alicia Maria Shirley (d. 1857).
