FRANKFURTER, Oskar. Hamburg 23.2.1851 — Hamburg 1.10.1922. German South-East Asian and Pāli Scholar. Son of Rabbi Naftali Fr. (1810–1860) and his wife Amalie. After Johanneum in Hamburg studied i.al.
