BELL, Cyril William Bowdler (from 1892 C. W. Bowdler). Hull 1839 — 1918. British Officer. Son of John Pearson Bell and Lucy Louisa Bowdler. Colonel. Probablt served in India, later Professor at Staff College. Also a noted musician (organist) and componist. Married, at least one son.
