BUTLIN, Raymond Thomas

BUTLIN, Raymond Thomas. 1907 — 1???. British Phonetician. Taught at S.O.A.S. From 1939 Sub-Director of Institute of English Studies in Athens. Perhaps he is the same as Raymond Thomas Butlin (born 6.2.1906 in U.K.), who in 1950s was the head of British Council in Finland and died in South Africa in 15.11.1990. He was married with Lorna Redin and had three children (geni.com).
