British Missionary in South India. Cousin to Virginia Woolf; daughter of a lawyer, Bart. James Fitzjames Stephen (1829–1894), and Mary Richenda Cunningham. Born in India grew up in England. Warden of St. Andrew’s Missionary Training College in Madras. Unmarried.
